Social Space Reports is operated by Social Space for authorised website reporting. These terms describe use of this reporting tool alongside any separate service agreement with Social Space.

Authorised use

Dashboard access is restricted to the configured administrator. Only connect properties and sites you are authorised to access. Keep credentials private and send reports and customer enquiry details only to authorised recipients.

Understanding the figures

Reports depend on the data available from Google Analytics, Search Console and Netlify. Consent choices, tracking blockers, source processing delays, timezones and tracking configuration can affect the results. Phone clicks are not completed calls, email clicks are not sent emails, and contact actions are not necessarily unique leads.

Reports and delivery

Review the selected client properties, reporting period, recipient and customer-detail settings before sending. Automatic reports operate only when enabled and depend on valid provider connections. Review delivery records for failures and avoid sending duplicates.

Availability and support

The tool and its features may change. Third-party services, expired credentials or outages may interrupt reporting. Contact hello@socialspace.com.au for reporting support or to request removal of a connection.

Privacy

The privacy policy describes the information the app accesses, how reports use it, and how to request deletion. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
